Prep:
Remove the Frozen Chicken Shami Kebabs from the pack and bring them to Room Temperature.
Fry In The Pan: Cooking time: 8 - 10 minutes
Heat oil or ghee in a non-stick frying pan over a medium flame.
Spread out all the Kebabs in the pan and let them fry on all sides.
Flip the Kebabs occasionally until golden brown all over.
In Oven: Cooking time: 8 - 10 minutes
Preheat the oven at 170°C.
Spread out the Kebabs on a lightly greased baking tray and place them in the oven.
Cook for 4-5 minutes, turn them around for even cooking.
Cook for another 4-5 minutes and remove.
The Soft and Tender Kebabs are ready to serve.
How to Serve:
Serve the Chicken Shami Kebabs with lemon wedges, onion slices and mint chutney with naan or folk.
