These are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations of our services.
General
We try to maintain accurate stock counts as per our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil your complete order placed at the time of purchase. In that case, we will pack the available products for you and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking or backorder item or if you would prefer us to process a refund.
Delivery
The order is delivered within 45 minutes after it is being placed and confirmed by the sales department or as scheduled by the customer, but there may be situations wherein actual time taken for the delivery may take longer than the mentioned time period. The sales team will update you about any delay in the delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
Returns
Return Due To Change Of Mind
A Customer can opt to cancel order due to change of mind within 1 hour of placing the ordereither online or by calling our customer service number given that the orders are lower/normal in size.
Customer must inspect the goods immediately upon delivery and in the event if you are dissatisfied in any way with either our service or the quality of the goods you receive;customer should raise the concern immediatelyto resolve the concern.If concern is not solve you can further initiate the process same day and let us know promptly in writing via the feedback form in the Contact Us section of the website or via mail to contact@farmeatco.com
FarMeatCo will happily accept returns due to " issues relating to quality or freshness of its supplies if the request to return is received same day of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition along with the original invoice.
Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Our Service is designed to ensure that our product reaches you in perfect condition but it is your responsibility to ensure that all perishable goods are refrigerated as soon as possible upon receipt. Further, if you or a third party moves, transports or delivers the goods to any other address following our delivery, we shall not be liable for anything that the third party might do to the goods or any subsequent deterioration in the product.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
FarMeatCo will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
This is not applicable for Express delivery orders since those are processed and shipped immediately.
FarMeatCo reserves the right to cancel any order if it suspects any fraudulent transaction by a customer or breach of the terms & conditions in using the website.
Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
When you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
Cancellations
We accept order cancellations at any time if you change your mind but before the order has been dispatched. If anorder has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
