Prep:
Fry In The Pan: Cooking time: 8 - 10 minutes
Heat a teaspoon of oil or ghee in a non-stick frying pan over a medium flame.
Spread out all the Mutton Seekh Kebabs in the pan and let them fry on all sides.
Flip the Mutton Seekh Kebabs occasionally until golden brown all over.
In Oven: Cooking time: 8 - 10 minutes
Preheat the oven at 170°C.
Spread out the Mutton Seekh Kebabs on a lightly greased baking tray and place it in the oven.
Cook for 4-5 minutes, turn them around for even cooking.
Cook for another 4-5 minutes and remove.
