Kebabs sold are semi-cooked and frozen.
Remove the Frozen Mutton Salami from the pack and bring them to Room Temperature.
Fry In The Pan: Cooking time: 8 - 10 minutes
Heat a teaspoon of butter in a non-stick frying pan over a medium flame.
Spread out all the slices in the pan and let them fry on all sides.
Flip the Kebabs occasionally until golden brown all over.
Preheat the oven at 170°C.
Spread out the slices on a lightly greased baking tray and place them in the oven.
Cook for 4-5 minutes, turn them around for even cooking.
Cook for another 4-5 minutes and remove.
The Soft and Tender Kebabs are ready to serve.
Serve the Mutton Salami in burger buns with a layer of veggies with a load of your favourite mayo and ketchup.
