Chicken Masala

Ingredients:
  • 200gm Oil/Ghee
  • 200gm Onion
  • 1 tsp Ginger Slices
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 250 gm Curd
  • Chicken Masala
  • Salt As Per Your Taste

Chicken Masala: Coriander, Cumin. Chilly, Black Pepper, Cloves, Elaichi, Cardamon Seed, Cinnamon, Mace, Nutmeg, Tejpatta&Anistar.

Recipe:

To cook 1kg Chicken.

Fry 200gm sliced Onion in your favourite 200gm Oil/Ghee till golden, then remove it in a separate bowl and fry Chicken pieces in remaining Oil/Ghee, now sprinkle the Chicken Masala on top of Chicken pieces and add 1 tsp Garlic paste with some water and mix well. Now add 1 tsp Ginger slices, 250gm Curd, Salt according to the taste, when Chicken curry is semi-cooked add crushed Onion on top of Chicken with some water. Let it cook for 20 mins or until tender.

Meat Masala

Ingredients:
  • 200gm Oil/Ghee
  • 200gm Onion
  • 1 tsp Ginger Slices
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 250 gm Curd
  • Meat Masala
  • Salt As Per Your Taste

Meat Masala: Coriander, Cumin, Chili, Black pepper, Cloves, Elaichi, Cardamom Seed, Cinnamon, Mace, Nutmeg &Anistar.

Recipe:

To cook 1 kg meat/ mutton.

Heat 200 gm your favorite Oil/Ghee, fry 200 gm chopped onion till crisp. Then remove it in a separate bowl and fry Meat/Mutton pieces in the Oil and sprinkle the whole contents of the Meat Masala. Add 1 tsp Garlic Paste with some water and mix with Meat well. Now add 1 tsp Ginger slices, Salt according to taste and Curd 250gm and stir for 5 mins. When Meat/Mutton curry is semi-cooked, add chopped Onion, 4 cups of water and cook it for 20 min, or until the Meat/Mutton is tender (in a pressure cooker for 10 min).
